| I saw a TV show about the passengers of United 93 and I was amazed by their composure and courage. On September 11, 2001, United Airlines Flight 93 with 38 passengers and 7 crew en route from Newark International Airport to San Francisco International Airport, was hijacked by four al-Qaeda affiliated terrorists. Several passengers and crew members made telephone calls aboard the flight and learned about the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. As a result, the passengers mounted an assault against the hijackers and gained control of the aircraft. The plane crashed in a field in Stonycreek Township of Somerset County, Pennsylvania killing all 45 people on board the airplane. Below are the Flight 93 passengers and crew listed as (VOT) Victims of Terrorism.
