Boston Marathon Bombing

Two explosive devices were detonated simultaneously at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on April 15th, 2013. The bombs killed 3 people and wounded more than 180 others. On April 18th, the two men killed an MIT police officer. During a gunfight with police later that night, one of the suspects was killed. The other was captured the next day.
